POSITION SUMMARY:

Position is a leadership role to manage a portfolio of affordable housing assets requiring special attention due to operational challenges, capital restructuring opportunities, dispositions, and resyndications. This is a key position to demonstrate tangible results within a large portfolio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monthly evaluation of the entire portfolio in search of opportunities to improve performance of the assets
• Work with operational team to evaluate and set strategic direction on the watch list portfolio
• Evaluate and implement year 15 strategy on all assets outside the tax credit period
• Implement disposition strategy on select assets
• Evaluate and implement recapitalizations on assets

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• 4-year degree required
  • Advanced degree and/or finance or real estate certifications preferred (e.g. MBA, CFA, CPA, HCCP, CPM, CHAM, etc.)
  • Experience using quantitative analytical tools desirable
• 5 to 10 years' multi-family experience required
  • Section 42 experience preferred
  • On-site experience preferred
• Ability to use Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint required
