Staff Management- Responsible for hiring, on-boarding, training and development of community managers.
Asset Physical Condition/Community Standards- Responsible for completing regular site visits and ensuring that the physical condition is maintained, and community standards are met.
Properties Compliance- Responsible for coordinating inspections and audits bank examiners, equity partners, state agencies, and local government officials. Responsible for ensuring the direction from the compliance department is followed by the site team.
Financial Performance – Responsible for creating annual budgets, monitor the financials on a monthly basis to provide comments on variances. Develop strategies for optimal financial performance.
Problem Solving/Initiative- Proactively look for potential problems/issues and develop solutions. Motivate and inspire team members to a common goal. Provide direction, engagement, and encouragement.
Customer Service/Relationship Building – Provide advanced level of customer service when dealing with clients, associates and vendors.
This position requires dependable full-time attendance. Some working hours may be accomplished outside of the office and/or regular business hours. This position also requires travel.
Directly supervises associates and accomplishes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, development, and training associates when appropriate; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, counseling, disciplining associates, addressing and resolving resident, vendor, and associate's issues and concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
· Three (3) years of residential multi-site management experience.
· High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
· Tax credit experience required.
