"I absolutely love living here at Carriage Trails! In all of the places I have lived over the last 45 years, I can honestly say that it truly feels like being home each time I walk in my door. I have never felt that at any other residence I have owed or rented. The staff here are wonderful. Our neighbors really make you feel like you are part of a family and a true sense of community . I really hope to make Carriage Trails our last home. I never want to leave."

"I love living here. My villa is on the pond side, and I love to sit outside and read and watch the ducks. I love the walk way around the pond when it is covered by duck and geese droppings. I love the arrangement of the villa. No steps - safety bars all around - love the separate laundry room. The only thing I don't like are the laminated floors. Hard to keep clean. I have lived here for 4 years now. Love the on-site club house. Our Bible Study is great on Thursday nights in the club house. My neighbors, for the most part, are very friendly. People think we are a low-income development. Very happy here. Close to dining and shopping. Very quiet and peaceful here. Love that."

"The villa is very nice and easy to take care of on a daily basis. Last year our snow removal and outside care was very good. This year the snow removal and our driveways and sidewalk snow removal was not as good, it took two days to get salt down on drive and walks. Also our street lights have not been working for several weeks, it is a safety concern. Things seem to be different than when I moved here in 2014. I do like living here it is quiet and convenient to businesses and churches"

Recently there have been changes in Management and Maintenance some things have declined as a result but hope that these things will work themselves out as the new people learn their positions and the people who live here. I am proud of my home and want to feel that management will continue to value the property as well as the good tenants."

"I enjoy my "Home" at Carriage Trails. It is managed wonderfully, Traci is a nice, kind , helpful manager who will get things taken care of swiftly. The surrounding neighborhood is safe, clean and close to everything. The view is beautiful and the other residents are friendly. I am Happy here."

"I have lived here at Carriage Trails for over three years and for the most part I have been happy. But recently I have the feeling that we have been forgotten. The street light issue has still not been taken care of and due to that fact I have been trying to let me out side light on at night so the street at the far end has some lighting. I also feel that we are no longer important to the Miller Valentine group., so many things here have been let go so that it is not the place that I first moved into. I believe it is due to the fact that we no longer have an onsite manager. the lady that is here now is trying but she has her hands full with managing her building in another complex. So please help her to do a much better job. We have no onsite handy man so there is a good deal of things that had been originally done by Greg. I don't think we even have any one to look out for things that need to be done here. I still love my home and do not plan to leave here. ."
