"My experience living at The Hampshire Landing has been amazing!! I love my apartment. Location is amazing to pretty much every where in town I need to get to. Very affordable and low utilities. The environment is wonderful as well. I always feel very welcome when I come into the office for anything. I recommend this place to everyone who wants quiet and a place safe for your children to play!!"

"I was in desperate need of a place to live when I first got the opportunity to live in one of these buildings. With Misty (Apt Manager) and my GMA I'm not sure I would have even been able to. I'm grateful we have a storm shelter but if it was at least somewhat furnished I think that would be extraordinary. All in all I think these are some great apts to live in and would recommend them to anyone looking for income based housing."

"Overall, the community is awesome, especially the price, the manger is easy to work with. Sadly as with all populated areas, sometimes new tenants can't conform to residential living. But otherwise still great. Clean, affordable living"

"I absolutely loved living there it was more of a family feeling type of community instead of just an apartment complex. And I would still be living there if I had not made a mistake by moving in with another tenant to try to save ourselves bug some money and it completely destroyed every thing I had work to wards for the seven months that I live there and I really miss being there I love how everything there is so protected legally there's no drugs and it was a great place to live..... I'm actually saddened by the fact that I don't live there any longer I really enjoyed it"
