The central three-story building is gently surrounded by 12 two-bedroom, 1.5-bath villas with attached one car garages. "My wife and I have lived at this complex since it opened almost 4 years ago. In that time we have had few complaints, and most of those were answered within a very short time. The units are clean and most apartments are within walking distance of the elevator. We enjoy the large windows (good lighting) and accessible layout. We also like the proximity to shopping and medical offices. This complex offers amenities such as a movie room with large screen and theater-like sound, exercise room with equipment, computer room, and a large community dining room - all available for resident use at no additional charge."
